What shipping sanitation measures are being taken during the COVID-19 outbreak?

All Coredy employees wear masks and vinyl gloves when packaging orders. 

All employees have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package.

Additionally, each of Coredy employees is provided with health insurance and every employee is being paid their full salary during this time.

How to handle the shipping delays due to COVID-19?

As some local governments close non-essential business, shipping may be slowing down due to the pandemic.

However, we want to assure you that Coredy will keep you updated with the tracking number. We are partnering with varied carriers to maintain the good delivery services, even in restricted areas. If you are experiencing the shipment delays, you might contact the local carrier directly to expedite the process while you contact us for help.

Any change to Coredy's return policy?

Considering the pandemic, we are extending our return policy from 30 days to 60 days. We will try best and do our part to bring you more time to submit the return and refund request.

Coredy support team will respond promtly to your case and refund to you as soon as the return has been received and inspected.
